How It Works

1. Reserve for $500
   Purchase your non-refundable Premium Priority Reservation.

2. Plan Your Home
   Work with Utopia Containers to select your model, layout, finishes, and available upgrades.

3. Join the Build Queue
   When you are ready to proceed, complete the required deposit for your home. Your $500 reservation credit will be applied toward that amount.

4. Construction and Delivery
   We build your home indoors and coordinate delivery after construction and final payment are complete.

Important Reservation Terms

• The $500 reservation is non-refundable

• It is fully transferable

• It remains valid for five years from the original purchase date

• The full $500 is applied toward the first 50% deposit on a qualifying Utopia Container Home purchase

• Priority status provides preferred consideration for available production openings but does not guarantee a specific construction or delivery date

• Delivery, site preparation, permits, foundations, utility connections, and optional upgrades are priced separately unless included in your final agreement
