A reservation you can transfer

You can assign your reservation to someone else—like a friend, family member, or buyer—if you decide not to use it. The $100 credit remains valid for 5 years from the original purchase date.

How the purchase process works

  1. Reserve now for $100

Non-refundable and applied toward the first 50% deposit of your container home.

  2. Pay 10% to join the build queue

When you’re ready to move forward, bring your total deposit to 10% of the home price, including your $100 reservation credit.

  3. Pay the remaining 40% before construction

Pay an additional 40% of the home price to bring your total deposit to 50% before construction begins.

  4. Final 50% before delivery

The remaining balance is due before your home ships. Homes will not ship until fully paid.

What your reservation covers

Your $100 reservation is non-refundable, fully transferable, and valid for five years from the original purchase date. It does not lock future pricing or guarantee financing, permitting, zoning approval, or delivery dates. Joining the build queue requires the 10% deposit described above.

Delivery & shipping
