The dark navy corrugated-steel exterior, black commercial doors, and metal trim create a clean, modern appearance with minimal exterior maintenance.

OPTIONAL ROOFTOP DECK

The rooftop deck, stairs, and guardrails are not included in the base price. They are available as an optional $25,000 upgrade. The structure can be prepared with future attachment points during fabrication, allowing the deck system to be added with fewer modifications.

IMPORTANT PROJECT INFORMATION

Base price: $59,500 FOB our Rochester-area facility.

Optional rooftop deck, stairs, and guardrails: $25,000.

Delivery, crane or placement, foundation, utility connections, site work, permits, engineering specific to the installation site, and rooftop deck system are not included unless stated in your proposal.

The base design is intended as an uninsulated seasonal facility. Plumbing must be properly drained and winterized or protected from freezing. Final fixture counts, accessibility details, plans, and installation requirements are subject to site conditions and approval by the local code authority.
