Help us build Utopia’s next chapter.

I’m Ryan Perry, founder of Utopia Containers. We build permanent container homes and commercial spaces with a focus on quality, cold-weather engineering, and practical design.

We’re inviting friends of friends and business associates to become owners in the business as we grow.

Utopia is an early-stage business and has not yet demonstrated repeatable profitability. You could lose your entire investment. Returns are not guaranteed, ownership may be difficult to sell, and future raises may dilute your stake. Proposed terms are subject to legal review, final agreements, applicable securities laws, and investor eligibility.
